We have the following rooms reserved for our use:
Paris Suite – The main area for the conference and the evening social event. It will host all attendees during the morning sessions and again in the evening. From midday until the closing remarks, you can attend sessions here or in the London Suite.
London Suite – subdivided into three rooms:
- Mayfair – Conference
- Piccadilly – Registration and exhibition
- Westminster – Health Care Professional track. Please see the separate afternoon schedule.
Conference Room 4 – Heartwize CPR/AED training takes place away from the main space. Please book at registration.
Conference Room 13 – We have set aside a quiet space for anyone who needs to escape the day’s hustle and bustle.

Pre-Conference Gathering
Since many attendees often arrive the night before, we will host an informal gathering in the hotel bar area. Please note that we do not have exclusive use of this space, but we will make our presence clear and ensure a warm welcome for everyone.

From 09:00 – 09:55 – Tea, coffee, mingling, exhibition
When you register, you will be given a name tag with a coloured lanyard:
- Purple – Survivor
- Pink – Co-survivors
- Green – Medical Professionals
- Black – Everyone else
Event Support
Once again, we have outstanding volunteers from the Essex Cardiothoracic Centre who will provide support and be around during the day to answer any questions. They will be easily identifiable by their yellow T-shirts.
If you wish to show your support for what we do, limited supplies of SCA UK merchandise will be available for purchase on the day.

It will cover how genetic factors can increase the risk of sudden cardiac arrest, how these conditions are identified and diagnosed, and what ongoing care and treatment options are available. The session will also address the challenges of cases without apparent cause, offering insights into current research and patient management. Get your questions answered by the community medical professionals who are key to your continued well-being. This session highlights the local lifeline available to support you at home.
