The SCA group on Facebook has been a great source of information for me, but, more importantly, has been a way to meet other people who have suffered similarly with sudden cardiac arrest. There are post arrest physical and psychological problems that many of us suffer and it is reassuring to know that others have trodden the same path as you and are there to offer their advice and support.
