I found this group following my cardiac arrest in March 2016. I have found the group members encouraging on a day to day level due to being able to share my thoughts when I have questions. No question is ever too silly here and there is always someone to point the way to helpful solutions. I feel that through this group I have found people who understand the issues and challenges faced when I wondered if I would find anyone who understands.
