Join us for Life Without Limits – the only dedicated event of its kind for those affected by cardiac arrest in the UK. All ticket holders are entitled to attend the official Meet and Greet on the evening of Friday, 14th May 2027, featuring close-up magic from Trevor Cline, who will also give a main stage performance at the Saturday evening celebration.
Ticket Prices
Day and Evening
General admission for the daytime activities and the evening social gathering. Includes delegate lunch, a three-course evening meal, tea, coffee and snacks, the exhibition, the option to learn CPR, and evening entertainment.
Day Only
General admission for the daytime activities. Includes delegate lunch, tea, coffee and snacks, the exhibition, and the option to learn CPR.
Day Only Under 15
For young people under the age of 15 on the day of the event, accompanied by at least one adult. Same inclusions as the Day Only ticket.
Evening Only
Admission for the evening social gathering. Includes a three-course evening meal and entertainment.

When booking, please ensure you complete the questions with attendee FULL NAMES (e.g., first name and surname), attendee type (e.g., survivor, co-survivor, etc.), and dietary restrictions, as this will help the day run smoothly.

Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to tickets purchased for the Life Without Limits conference and associated social events (“the Event”), organised by Sudden Cardiac Arrest UK (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms. You can also view Sudden Cardiac Arrest UK’s general terms and conditions.
Tickets and payment
Tickets are sold through our booking form and payment is taken at the time of booking. Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. Tickets are only valid for the ticket type purchased (Day and Evening, Day Only, Day Only Under 15, or Evening Only). The cost of hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the ticket price. Please check your booking details carefully, and contact us promptly if anything is incorrect.
Refunds and cancellations
Cancellations must be received in writing at least two weeks before the commencement of the Event and will be subject to a 10% administration fee. It is regretted that cancellations received within two weeks of the event date will be liable for the full fee. Substitutions can be made at any time but may incur an administration fee (see below).
In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Event for any reason, SCA UK’s liability is limited to the return of the registration fee only. SCA UK will not reimburse delegates for any travel or hotel cancellation fees or penalties.
Substitutions
Substitutions can be made at any time but may incur an administration fee. Please let us know the new attendee’s full name, attendee type, and any dietary restrictions so we can update your registration.
Changes to the programme
It may be necessary, for reasons beyond the control of SCA UK, to change the content, timings, speakers, date and venue of the Event. We will always aim to deliver the advertised programme, and any significant changes will be communicated via this website and our community channels.
Children and young people
Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at all times. Day Only Under 15 tickets are available for young people under the age of 15 on the day of the event, as described above.
Photography and filming
Photography and filming will take place at the Event, and images may be used in our publications, on our website, and on social media to promote the charity’s work. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let us know at registration, and we will provide a way for our photographers to identify you.
Accessibility and dietary requirements
The venue is wheelchair accessible. Please let us know about any accessibility or dietary requirements when booking so we can accommodate them. If your needs change after booking, please contact us.
Your wellbeing
The Event is designed to be a supportive environment for survivors, co-survivors, families, and professionals. Some sessions discuss cardiac arrest and its aftermath, which some attendees may find emotionally challenging. A quiet room will be available throughout the day, and our volunteers will be on hand if you need support.
Your data
SCA UK will use the information you provide for your registration record(s). It will be treated as confidential and stored in line with data protection legislation. By booking, you consent to your data being stored by SCA UK and to SCA UK contacting you by email about your registration(s). We will not share your details with third parties except as needed to run the Event.
Liability
We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings at the Event, and attendance is at your own risk. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for anything that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.
