Many attendees arrive the night before, and this year we will be hosting an official Meet and Greet on the Friday evening, featuring close-up magic from the fantastic Trevor Cline. More details will follow nearer the event, but you can be sure of a warm welcome for everyone.
Saturday Schedule
In the morning, we are all together in the Paris Suite. From midday, two sessions run in parallel – choose the one that suits you best. Health care professionals have a separate afternoon track in the Westminster room.

Collect your name badge and lanyard in Piccadilly, browse the exhibition in the Rotunda, and meet fellow attendees.

Survivors Forum
What to expect
A moderated and supportive space for connecting with fellow survivors who truly understand the challenges and triumphs of life after a cardiac arrest. Share personal experiences, ask questions, and offer encouragement, with medical professionals on hand to provide insights relevant to the recovery journey.
Co-survivors Forum
What to expect
A supportive forum for co-survivors – those who have supported someone during a sudden cardiac arrest, including CPR providers. Connect with others who understand the emotional and practical challenges you may face, with medical professionals present to offer insights.

Quiet room
Conference Room 4, 10:50 – 16:55. A calm space set aside for anyone who needs to escape the day’s hustle and bustle.

The Rotunda, all day. Exhibitors and refreshments.

Registration
Registration is in Piccadilly (London Suite) from 09:00. When you register, you will be given a name badge with a coloured lanyard:
- Purple – Survivor
- Pink – Co-survivors
- Green – Medical Professionals
- Black – Everyone else
Once again, we have outstanding volunteers providing support throughout the day – easily identifiable by their yellow T-shirts. If you use social media, please tag us using #LifeWithoutLimits.
